我有段时间也是一天一次，有时候性瘾到了一天两三次都试过，你现在是感觉不到什么，只是脖起不是好硬，但随着年龄一点点长大，四十多岁你就会感觉脖起都费劲，最好克制一下，别太过了，一星期正常出两三次差不多了
