这个还是要有节制的，无节制的自慰虽然可能带来暂时性的快感，但同时也是在快速的消耗着身体内的经血。
  别说什么我年轻，几天就能缓过来。等你到一定的年龄。你就会感觉到自己身体的不适、它会在很多的方面表现出来。到时候后悔都来不及了。
   一个星期一次左右还是可以接受的频率，但是还是尽量找个女伴吧，俩人怎么也比一个人更好，不是吗？
