一天两次，你特么跟这养生呢？年纪轻轻但心个屁啊！12cm算是正常水平，你以为全中国都是18cm大jj啊？（除了咱们社区的朋友们个个18cm）。让你少撸不是怕你身体不行，27、8岁之前天天来都没问题。主要是撸管太耽误时间了。算是没意义的事，一阵抽搐后索然无味，一次基本半小时到1小时，耽误自己学习工作。还有注意个人卫生，jj勤洗，撸之前洗洗手。保证健康就行
