我有个问题,请问有没有建议的频率,比如一次做几下,一天做几次之类的?还是每个人自己决定?

这个最好是根据个人情况而定,比如说体重比较大的,膝关节不好的,就少做几组,每组的数量也要相应的减少。只要每天坚持,肯定会有效果的!
